Find your number first
To pay or recharge you need your customer/account number or meter number. It is printed on the physical meter and on any previous bill. The same applies whether your meter is prepaid or postpaid.

Usually a 20-digit SMS token — but since a recent tariff change some recharges arrive as a much longer token (up to ~240 digits) you must key in exactly.
