  • Lifeline (0–50 units): The ৳4.63 rate applies only if your total monthly use is 50 units or less. Use more than 50 and the regular slabs apply, starting at the 0–75 step.
  • Off-Peak Hours: Generally 11:00 PM to 5:00 PM next day (For LT-D3 and MT-7: 11:00 PM to 5:00 AM and 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
  • Super Off-Peak: 5:00 AM to 9:00 AM (Only for LT-D3 and MT-7)
  • Peak Hours: Generally 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM
  • VAT: Applicable as per government rates
  • One-time Payment Rebate: 5% discount applicable for all customer categories
  • Pre-paid Meter Rebate: 0.5% rebate on net bill (excluding VAT)
