Residential (LT-A) — price per unit, by monthly usage

Low usage: if your whole month is 50 units or less you pay the lifeline rate of ৳4.63; up to 75 units it is ৳5.26. Both steps were left unchanged in the 2026 revision.

Important Notes:
- Lifeline (0–50 units): The ৳4.63 rate applies only if your total monthly use is 50 units or less. Use more than 50 and the regular slabs apply, starting at the 0–75 step.
- Off-Peak Hours: Generally 11:00 PM to 5:00 PM next day (For LT-D3 and MT-7: 11:00 PM to 5:00 AM and 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
- Super Off-Peak: 5:00 AM to 9:00 AM (Only for LT-D3 and MT-7)
- Peak Hours: Generally 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM
- VAT: Applicable as per government rates
- One-time Payment Rebate: 5% discount applicable for all customer categories
- Pre-paid Meter Rebate: 0.5% rebate on net bill (excluding VAT)
